      The Logistics Services Conditions 2014 are applicable to all our quotations, orders and all contracts concluded with us and can be downloaded here. Unless we perform the transport ourselves, we always act as freight forwarder. To all our services the Dutch Forwarding Conditions of FENEX shall also apply and can be downloaded here. Insofar as we act as a carrier, the General Transport Conditions (AVC) 2002 shall also apply and can be downloaded here. We explicitly reject any and all general terms and conditions from our contractual counterparties, unless we explicitly agree in writing with the applicability of such general terms and conditions.
